I subscribed to the Rhapsody Newsletter thinking I might get something out of it. When checking my mail, I noticed that I didn't really find their newsletters relevant or interesting to me. I clicked on the unsubscribe link in one of their newsletters, followed the on-screen instructions and thought I was already unsubscribed. A few weeks later, I still got their newsletters and so I decided to contact support. I got a reply saying that they unsubscribed me. After, I still got their newsletters and contacted them again. They said that I was no longer in their database. I thought since I was not in their database anymore, my e-mail address shouldn't be there anymore right? I mean, how can they send me newsletters if I'm not on the list. Unfortunately, this is not the case. I contacted them again and now my case has been escalated to their level-2 e-mail team. I hope I get real results this time. (I wonder how much time I've wasted on this...)
